Wi AI Lab, operated by Patrick Wi (the "Company"), values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

1. Information we collect
The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide its services. The items collected are as follows.
a. Common items (all services)
Information generated automatically while using the services:
- Service usage records, access logs, cookies, and access IP information: to prevent fraud and unauthorized use
- Device information (OS version, device identifier or advertising ID): to optimize and stabilize the service and to provide personalized ads
b. Service-specific items
SnapTalk
- Account information (email address, password, nickname): to identify members and manage accounts
- Camera/storage access (photos and media): to use features such as creating posts and setting a profile photo

- No personal information is collected. The app has no account system, contains no ads or analytics, and performs no network communication.
- Game progress and settings are stored only on your device (local storage) and are deleted when the app is uninstalled.
- The device motion sensor is used solely for the in-game shaking control, processed in real time on the device; readings are never stored or transmitted.
- The common items in section 1.a above do not apply to this app.
2. Purpose of collection and use
- Member management: identity verification for membership services, personal identification, and prevention of fraudulent or unauthorized use
- Service delivery: providing app features and content, personalized services, bug fixes and improvements
- Marketing and advertising: understanding access frequency, usage statistics, and providing personalized ads
3. Retention and use period
Except for information the Company is legally required to retain, your personal information is kept and used until you withdraw your membership, and is destroyed without delay upon a withdrawal request. Information retained under applicable law is as follows.
- Retained items: service usage records, access logs
- Legal basis: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
- Retention period: 3 months
4. Provision to third parties
To provide its services smoothly, the Company entrusts the processing of, or provides, personal information to third parties as described below.

5. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may view or edit your personal information, or request to withdraw your consent (cancel your membership), at any time. This can be done through the app's "Edit profile" and "Delete account" features. If this is difficult, please contact the privacy officer below and we will act promptly.
6. Protection of children's data
The Company does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
